AdriaMart offers multiple secure and compliant payment options for both local and international customers.

In cooperation with Posta Srbije, you can pay in cash when receiving your order.

2.PayPal

Fast and secure for international customers who prefer online payments.

Local payments can be made in RSD, while international transfers are accepted in EUR.

 AdriaMart ships directly from our warehouses in Belgrade and Niš, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across Serbia.

We partner with Post Express, one of Serbia’s leading courier companies, to guarantee safe and on-time shipments.

Standard delivery time is 1–3 working days, depending on location and stock availability.

You can track your package in real time from your AdriaMart account.

For bulk or wholesale orders, we also provide customized delivery solutions through our logistics partners.

Your AdriaMart account allows you to manage your orders, track deliveries, and update personal information securely.

Return Policy


AdriaMart complies with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette No. 62/2014).

Customers who make online purchases have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them — without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please submit a return request through your AdriaMart account or contact our customer service team.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by an invoice or delivery note.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, a refund will be issued within 14 days, including the original delivery cost.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Replacement Policy


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, AdriaMart will provide a replacement or a full refund, following the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

To request a replacement, please contact our customer support within 8 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund based on your preference.

All costs related to the replacement, including return shipping, are fully covered by AdriaMart.
