AdriaMart (adriamart.rs) is preparing for full commercial launch. This update is for visitors arriving from search engines, AI assistants, and partner referrals who want to understand the platform's current status before exploring further.
What's true today
- Online ordering is not yet enabled. The site does not issue payment requests and does not accept orders.
- The site is available to browse. Trilingual catalog (Serbian Latin, English, Simplified Chinese), product pages, brand pages, and category pages are all accessible.
- Contact channels are live. Email (
[email protected]), contact form (/contactus), and live chat in the bottom-right corner. We typically reply within one business day for product or platform questions.
Why ordering is not yet open
We are completing local compliance for Serbian e-invoicing and fiscalization (fiskalizacija — Serbia's requirement that every commercial transaction be recorded electronically with the tax authority). These are the regulatory building blocks that every Serbia-registered online retailer must have in place before processing real customer transactions. We are working through them in the order required by the relevant authorities.
What we are doing in the meantime
- Catalog and brand pages continue to expand as supplier relationships with Asian and European partners finalize.
- Logistics partner Pošta Srbije Post Ekspres (Serbia's official express courier) and payment partner Raiffeisen Bank (RaiAccept gateway) are selected; technical integrations are at various stages of testing.
- Customer service in Serbian, English, and Simplified Chinese is reachable through the channels above for product or platform questions.
What's next
The next status update will be published here within roughly 4–6 weeks, regardless of where the compliance work stands at that point. If online ordering is enabled before then, it will be announced separately.
